As a Management Assistant, I gained more responsibility in managing a rental fleet of 300+ vehicles and financials to ensure branch profitability. I marketed our services to body shops and local businesses to maintain and obtain corporate partnerships. Each branch I worked with acquired and sustained top customer service scores within rental region.

Management Trainee (Jul. 2018- Aug. 2019)

Right off the bat, I was given the knowledge and skills to manage logistics and operations of a rental branch through the Management Trainee program. Primarily a sales role, my job was to promote and sell optional products to benefit our customers.

Administrative Intern

As an administrative intern, I managed applicant tracking systems including document upload and proper filing. To integrate marketing into my internship, I was tasked with developing a social media marketing strategy to increase millennial attendance for Cadwalader’s Finance Forum. I also planned group events including venue selection, catering, budget management and other logistics to assist in client relationship management. I gained experience in corporate relationship management as well, serving as the firm liaison to the Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers to coordinate corporate season tickets.

Tasked with cultivating relationships with schools and local community leaders to build partnerships and spread the organization’s mission.
